Welcome to Cougars Baseball, an independent, coach-led team based in the Kansas City metro area. What began nine years ago as a parent-led rec team has grown alongside our players, evolving into a competitive program rooted in development, character, and community. Our mission is simple: to build better baseball players—and better people. We prioritize skill development, consistency, and sportsmanship over chasing tournament counts. By focusing on balanced competition, we emphasize league play and supplement with select tournaments to challenge our athletes without overwhelming them. We believe that steady growth, strong character, hustle, and team-first attitudes are the true markers of long-term success.
